MY STORY

My name is Lourdes Lobede and I am a "Global Capacity Booster" with a passion for discovering the diamond in everyone.

18 years ago, when I started my journey, as an HR professional, developing leaders across countries and industries, a VP at ExxonMobil asked me: “how do you manage to communicate so well with local employees, expats, managers and executives?”.

My answer to him was simple: “I treat everyone as a human”.

Many people, forget what the H in HR stands for...

When I discovered that my superpower is to create inclusive platforms where people discover their common humanity, create a common culture, and put their uniqueness to work towards common business goals, I made it my mission.
